- Routine Mowing & Trimming
We can set up a routine schedule to mow and trim your lawn. Our goal is to keep your property looking nice at all times. We use quality commercial equipment that does a fantastic job. Never will clumps of grass or any other debris be left on your lawn.
- Shrub Trimming / Pruning
This includes trimming and/or pruning all kinds of shrubs, hedges, bushes, and small trees. We can trim hedges up to about 14 feet tall and single shrubs/bushes that are taller than that. Usually shrub trimming is done 1-2 times a year depending on the type of shrub and personal preference.
- General Cleanup
This includes spring and fall cleanups as well as any other jobs needed. We do leaf/debris removal, driveway sweeping, light chainsaw work etc. Usually dethatching is done as a part of spring cleanup as well. We are very fussy about cleanups and we will do as thorough a job as humanly possible.
- Bark Mulch
Installation of mulch (any color available) in existing beds, new beds, around trees/shrubs, and anywhere else it is needed. Mulch really spruces up the looks of a yard and is a great weed inhibitor!
- New Lawn Installation
We can fill in low spots, fix bare spots, spot seed, or re-surface/install an entire lawn. We can either seed the conventional way, hydroseed, or lay sod.
- Plantings
Although we are not professional landscape designers, we can create build new mulch/garden beds, plant annuals, perennials, trees, and bushes. If you have a general idea of what you want, we can usually install it!
- Aeration & Dethatching
Core aeration is something that should usually be done either early spring or fall. Core aeration takes 2-3 inch plugs out of the lawn to allow air, water, and organic matter to reach the soil rather than just sitting on top. It also breaks down the thatch layer below the surface and reduces compaction. It is wise to do this before fertilizing. Surface dethatching takes the layer of thatch and debris on the surface of the soil underneath green part of grass grown to better allow the soil to breathe and absorb water and nutrients. Often times we will do this as part of spring cleanup in order to get the any stuck leaves, and dead grass off the ground.
- Property Monitoring (seasonal homes)
This service is geared mainly toward those with seasonal homes in the area. We can do a security check on your property every week or every other week. We check for break-ins, storm damage, over-loaded roofs, and to make sure the furnace is working properly (if heated). After every check we email the customer with a quick report and picture of the home. If we find a problem we can't fix, we will connect you with someone who can!
- Snow Removal
Driveways and parking lots. We can also clear walkways, decks, patios, and roofs. Our top priority is keeping your property safely accessible at all times; we will never leave you stuck shoveling!
- Odd Jobs/General Labor:
We are quite flexible and can accommodate many different work situations not listed above. We have filled an in-ground pool, installed a play area with a swing set and rubber mulch, built up lawns around newly paved driveways, hauled away un-desirable items, and much more. If you need something "out doorsy" done we may be able to help!
